Finished Illustration Rambunctious Children

I finally finished this one! I went back to acrylics this time. This scene had more characters and more elements, so it definitely gave me more to think about. Without adding all of the countless interruptions...I spent about 12 hours on this. I know it is a lot of time, but I didn't want to rush. I really liked how it came out. The actual size is 10"x15". I think I will add it to my portfolio.

I am off this weekend with my family, so once again my creative time is limited... but I can't complaint!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Oh, this is my latest addition to my ETSY store:

Hahaha, Edrian, this is FAN-freakin'-tastic! The look on Grandpa's face makes me laugh. I can't decide whether he's aghast at the rambunctious children or the fact that he has suddenly aged, lost his hair, and gown a belly! :D And those cats are packed with action! Love it! I have to really study this and admire all the little details you put in. It's an excellent portfolio piece!

And your little buggies are soooooo cute!!!

Have an incredible weekend!

Edrian,

It came out great! I know how much work you put into it and it paid off. I love the cats pulling stuffing out of the cusion, and Grandpa's cell phone. Lots of great detail--which I'm sure were in the sketch but the color really brings them out.
